I have them on mine and they are brilliant.... they were however an utter PITA to fit... you will need to rewire the HID kit to make it -ve switching...
Not sure if mine are legal or not but it had no issue at its MOT..

There WAS a loop hole in the law till 10th Jan this year, as I had a set (Now removed), there is no defined beam pattern and I had to adjust mine till it stopped blinding peeps then level them evenly left to right, Itll be a MOT fail now as you will have incorrect beam pattern and no Headlight Washers? Don't ask me why? on that topic as Ive had a few explanations and they have been all different

The law and MOT requirements often don't matchup which to me is a total crock. It leaves ambiguity and grey areas that can land you in trouble. Even reading the various vehicle related acts and schedules are a mess and way out of date with modern technology. Then there is EU law which trumps UK laws. You can be flouting one but OK with the other
