Behind the Headlight, its got right thought the steel, almost to the base of the lip, I'm not sure if I'll bother welding a bit in there as its possibly causing water to pool, I'll probably just cut it out and seal it, perhaps weld a rod or mini angle across if it feels weak.
The rust paint/tar can be seen on the left, down the length the sill looks ok I think?
Not looking so clean and nice since I took the nieces and nephews for a crawl round my parents land, including over the muck heap....... what was I thinking? its been rotting down for 5-10 years and its full of powdery white crap, I can only assume its mould....... like I said, what the f*&$ was I thinking :S I just saw something big and thought, I'll crawl over that.......
EDIT*
The black spot on the fuel tank protector, and the larger one to the left of the prop shaft are the remains of flung diff oil - I need to work out which size seal I have and get that done ASAP, is there anyway I can tell without taking it off (measure diameter of shaft?)

Boot floor almost completely spotless, 1 little spot of paint starting to raise in the middle of the passenger side slope down in to the jack well, about the size of a 5p piece, should I be looking elsewhere?
There are also 2 light, but larger, >50p piece size symetrical spots under the rear seats.

Get a piccie up then so we can see it!

I always try to prevent a chassis from rusting from the inside out. I swear by Waxoyl though there are others just as good.
That's a tasty bit of tinworm in that first picture.

I really should take steps to keep it that way (perhaps have it coated in something?)
