So my airlines for my 4x4 are totally shot, I'm just curious to how big of a job this all is to replace them also if I can use silicone house or will copper piping be better?

When you say shot what do you mean exactly?
They are in two runs. The one across the rear of the axle and the other one on the right hand side inner chassis leg. The axle one can be removed reasonably easy just take off the 4 or so screws securing it to the axle and disconnect the flexible pipes leaving them on the pipe I found the best bet. Mine looked totally corroded but after carefully cleaning them using a Dremel they turned out to be fine. A quick rust treatment then enamel paint and they turned out fine. If you check out my postings you will find some photos there on the before/after treatment. ( Jimny front diff lock air pipes is the title of my thread)

The rear axle? I was I formed it was the two lines coming from front axle on to the wheel where the hubs are, if so they are literally hanging snaped off and coverd in rust and holes,

standard jimny - for now
i replaced a fair amount of vac pipe on an isuzu trooper with slicone vac hose and no issues. however you are talking about the pipes to your front hubs. these are exposed and can get easily damaged so as said before , copper may be better
