Without thinking too hard
I would of thourght u would need dash , steering colum . Drivers door card and you might be lucky that you could just swap the door looms over to get the elec windows to work . But i doubt it . You migjt be able to just swap the steering bars about . But you often find there are lots of tiny difernces that you wouldnt notice till you was half way thru . In my opinion unless you get it for free and can do all the work yourself it just wouldnt be worth it . Best bet would be to buy a righthand drive and spend the money putting a durv moter in it

I had a 1970s Jeep Cherokee that was RHD, and it used that system. There was a hyvo chain in a box behind the dash that looped over a cog on the steering wheel column, and round another cog on the shortened column to the steering box.
Can't remember if the brake worked through a lever or if the pedal box was moved, but some cars in the 1980s (got an idea VW Golf was one) had the brake cylinder on the left, and worked via bars from the pedal on the right.
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

You would need to check that there aren't any engine parts or ancillaries in the way.
Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
