shock extenders - help needed was created by PieterR
To give my Jimny a little lift, I bought a 1,5" liftkit.
It comes with springspacers, rear shock relocaters and front shock extenders.
But I'm in doubt how to fit the front shock extenders.
It might be a dumb question, but I just want to make sure i'm installing it the right way;
The extenders have 2 rubber blocks; these both go under the shock mountingbracket.
The original rubber which is on top of the mountingbracket is re-used.
Is this the right way to install the extenders?
Or does one of the rubbers go under the shock mountingbracket and the other one on top of it;
replacing all of the original rubbers?

Yes
It screws onto the top of your existing shock absorber and thus replaces the existing bushes...
