Positive crankcase ventilation takes the fumes etc from the crankcase and burns them by ducting them thru the engines combustion chambers

Its the round thing between the rocker cover and the inlet manifold

Yes, you need to run the car for an hour if following the instructions but I just used it for a normal long run. It looks like vodka and really works. ;)
