I have just done the clutch and as I assembled the liver I can feel a lot of play in it and not as it was before any help from where all this play is coming pls

Have you had the lever out? If so the plastic socket will have become dislodged, take the lever out and check behind the sliding mechanism, they normally end up there

Exactly what happened to me :angry:

Had to fish it out with a screw driver, and needed a torch to really see inside.

yes I found it there but put it back to place I dissambled it twice but still same with a lot of play the gears go in good but it is like your in neutral every gear
