Jimny vvt electronic vvt tc case.Wining noise!!!!!

Hi guys,

I neeed some advice,

My jimny's clutch got recently replaced after complaining about a verry stiff clutch,
So after about a month or two after clutch replacement, the clutch cable broke at the paddle connection.
So i returned to the garage and the guy did a new clutch cable but he tweaked it to be very soft, i hardly have to apply presssure to depress the clutch.
And about a month after that i have this terrible wine in 3rd and 4th gear as soos as i drive faster than 40 km/h.

I did accidental drive with my 4wd engaged on tar for less than a meter or so, so i dont know if that dammaged the gearbox of stretched the chain or what!?

My findings so far. After driving.

Rear diff cold,rear rims cold, rear tires doesnt smell burning.
Front diff cold, front rims-way hotter than rear,
When car is moving, front propshaft stay still -thought hubs could have given problems -no luck.
Jacked up front end-front wheels move freely quite easily.

So my problem is where is the wining coming from !?
The TC case!?
Any help would be appreciated,

I know its impossible to diagnose a problem like this, i would just like to get your guys feeling on this,

Also i can mount a gopro underneath somewhere if there is a strategic place to shed some more lights,

My jimny is running almost 75000 km ,

It is really giving alot of problems, wouldnt wana sell it though.

ive done similar, drove with 4x4 engaged and cracked my sincro in the transfer, horrible whine as speed, stripped it down found the cracked sincro gear, replaced it problem gone..... hope that not the same outcome for you......although it only took 4 hours to fix...

TIn terms of cot of the part new from a dealer what am i looking at? Please just estimate for me,

Also please indicate the for me the risks in driving with a wine like this?

It will be pointless pushing even more money into that extremly poor geared TC case, now an old SJ 410 case might be an option,
