i pulled a stuck 1 series bmw off a muddy field with the tie down points, was fine just went at it REALLY gently, no snatching and used a bridal between the 2 tie down points to spread the load abit.

yea ive seen those hooks but as Dave said there is nowhere to fit it without alot of work.

only one bolt on option really, a tow bar (which only seem to be rated to 1300kg max tow capacity, so not sure how one would handle a jimny stuck half up the doors in mud as it could potentially weigh 2-3-4 times as much).

for the front, ORA did (past tense as there not on their site anymore) bolt on front recovery points, or you can try get a suzuki one from japan at vast expense.

or make your own.

I had some like these on my old jimny, just had holes drilled on the bottom of the towbar it worked a treat.
