Transfer case gaurd my own build was created by Millzy
Hi there guys I decide the other day to go aheAd and build me own transfer case guard but I'm having second thoughts now as to how I have built it because I have lost a lot ground clearance almost 3and half inches I've posted some pictures let know your thoughts of what you think

some feed back would be great as what other people have found is best as it is all same height now as the castor arms but it is middle car so think i maybe straping alot dunno weather to continue bolting on or take of start again

the drop on the ORA one is no way near that much but it does have a notch out of the rear edge for the exhaust, this may be what you need.

i highly doubt checker plate will be strong enough either tbh (unless your using it to make a template) it idealy needs to be able to take the weight of the jimny.

yeah thats what i was thinink althought im not extreme offroader ok so were can i take a look at ora one and are they expensive as im in australia and postage kills

Heres my ORA one (its abit muddy lol).



You can just see (through the mud) the notch below the exhaust.

ok that looks perfect well i was trying go cheap way around it but now think ill just have bite the bullet and splash the cash were can i find one like that >>
