If I'm going to spend a little while driving tracks I drop the pressures down to about 14psi and that makes a big difference not only to the ride, but also to traction over rocks, mud etc. Just blow them back up when you want to drive home.

With regards to the rear pogo effect, are you running a full 2in lift kit with shocks and springs? Or spring spacers with the standard shocks? Only ask as I have spacers and standard shocks and I found the shock relocation brackets completely cured the bounce.

Tyre pressure makes a huge difference as already mentioned, im keep mine at 20psi up front and 17 on th3 rear. Drives beautifully now and not noticed any adverse effects on road. Thats with 235 75 15 mt's.
