Cheers Kirkynut.
Well, I had a good look at the pipes today and they were only the 6mm return and vent lines.
They have now been replaced.
Now the O/S kingpin is leaking, so, parts ordered and I'll hopefully get around to that on Wednesday if the parts are with me by then.
Thanks again to all.

Did you replace all the pipes front to back? Did you use plastic or metal pipes?
I am probably going to do all the fuel lines (and brake pipes).

I used 1/4 inch copper pipe as kindly informed by facade.
As it was only the two 6mm pipes, I only replaced from the tank down pipes to above the rear chassis cross member, the rest of the pipes were in really good condition.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Mine actually rusted at the chassis clip under the drivers feet, the corrosion started behind it.
The return pipe pinholed, and I started to get 25 MPG before I found what it was.
So I replaced just the front 12" of return pipe.
That lasted 3 years, then at the last MOT the brake pipes above the rear axle were corroded, so I changed everything. (He did suggest sanding them and painting if they weren't pitted, but I did that 3 years ago  )
Took 2 afternoons to do in copper, 1 to get the pipes off, as I wanted the clips I had to cut the pipes gently into sections and take the clips off with the pipes on (they just prise off a stud sticking out) I broke 3
I couldn't just slide them out as I had cleverly undersealed them.
The supply pipe actually snapped in half at the corrosion beneath the drivers feet when I was disconnecting it  so it needed doing, but the corrosion wasnt as bad as it looked near the tank.
