Flywheel with blue spots - do I need a new one?

I got the old clutch off today but the flywheel has a couple of blue spots, and one of them feels every so slightly raised (cleaned it first to get rid of any debris).

The clutch itself was knackered, almost up to the rivets with a lot of scoring and flaky bits on the surface, so I am thinking that it has damaged the fly wheel.

So stupid question, should I get it replaced, or would it be OK to get it re-skimmed?

You could get it skimmed but to be honest I would just give it a damn good clean up with some sand paper

Just a bit worried that it's too far damaged, and that the surface is cracked.

Just bought one from Cam Suzuki for £37 from eBay just to be safe.
