i have been using my Jimny a lot for green laning and it's knacked both wheel bearings and king pins.
Due to cost the sj axel parts are cheaper and i have read that they are stronger.
So do i change my axles for sj or keep the jimny ones?
And how long does a jimny axel last after being rebuilt?
Thanks craig

Standard Samurai axles are perhaps a bit stronger than Jimny. But the reason they're interesting is because you can get HD shafts and CV joints fairly cheap, roughly half price of HD shafts and joints for the Jimny front axle.

Didn't know that

Well, just adds to the list of positive things.
Also, some swap to G wagon axles, Toyota LC 70 series axles, LR axles... But all have one major "flaw" compared to the suzuki axles. They are very heavy.

So to me I can see why people put the bigger axles on but I also think they are missing something.
