Shouldn't be. 215 75 15 should be the same diameter regardless of who makes the tyre.

Still, they are bigger.
It's a 215/75/15 that has been remoulded. Meaning additional layers of rubber (or what ever material) has been added to the tyre. Increasing the diameter.

Wouldn't that then make it an 80 and a I believe a lot of remoulds are 80, 85 or unclassed???

I've seen loads of variation in remould tyre sizes between different makes, the measurement seems to taken as nominal. I've had 265/75/16 Recip Trials on my Trooper that have been way undersized and Insa Turbos that have seemed massive by comparison. I've had Marix Pumas as well that have sat somewhere between the two. You'll be able to contact NewLife Tyres (Marix dealer) and ask them what the actual diameter of their current stock of any particular size is - I've always had a good response from them. Greg at Tyres Direct has always been helpful with sizes too - I always check before I buy.

Agreed there is variation but the principle is that they are meant to be consistent!! ;)
