The engine?
Did you do any offroad or parked / started at an incline?
A few weeks ago I went heavy offroading and stalled the Jimny on an incline a few times, started her up reversed and did it two more times. Engine light came on and stayed on for a while. I started and switched off the Jimny on 4 times in a row, standing level = my theory was oil level because of the incline and then the starting on the incline made it think there is no oil..... anyway, after the few level starts the check engine light disappeared, and has not come back on.

Mine was down to a failed CAT that had started to breakdown. When I changed the exhaust there was loads of broken bits of CAT in the pipe.
But that was me. Could be a number of reasons. Another cause could be a failed 02 sensor (one before and after the CAT).
