Maybe Rover calipers have changed then

understand what you are saying about handbrake Mechanisms but if you have it on the caliper does allow you make fiddle brakes as well and you geta poor mans locking diff thrown in for good measure

Thing is its a mechanism on the handbrake and yes it does need maintaining but then it cant be anything compared to the rebuilding leaking cylinders and the worn out brakes shoes that jimnys suffer from and Tbh you cant exspect someone to convert to rear disc and ohhhhhhhhhh by the way you now need a X brake
Is a shame and i think Mark will confirm this that you cant have a hydraulic handbrake

Apparently very hard to contact so ive read but they do a properly engineered solution
