got a set of 5 sj rims might powder coat white and put 215 80 15 maltesa on or do i get 7j and 235 75 15 not much difference in the two about 1/2" to a 1"
got sj wheels here so is there any point in buying new rims
has any one turned sj wheels in side out

iv done it give a much wider track but you do need to be good with a wealder or its a real pain puting air in the tyres lol

For me, if the 7J gives a wider seat for the tyre then they are the ones to go for. A better spread for the tyres will help with that feeling of rolling on cornering as the tyre is more stable. I've never gone with spacers except on my Cherokee rear that had a rear track about an inch narrower than the front which looked really silly.
