Hole where jack tray should be was created by Osborne
Now I understand that this is a common problem....basically I have a hole where the jack tray should be! Does anybody make a repair panel for this, I know I can fabricate something but a pattern replacement would be much easier. Failing that anyone know of any helpful breakers that MIT cut the part out of a recent write off?
Thanks for your help guys :)

The are no aftermarket panels, most people repair what they have. Camsuzuki on eBay may help you cutting a panel out of a newer car that's accident damaged if you message them.

It's an integral part of the Jimny ventilation system, leave it alone.

Best just to weld a solid bit of steel in place.

Any thing welded in is good as its hidden away out of sight so even if you do a bad job nobody's going to see it
