Hmmm, strange squeek from rear end! :) was created by Mr. F
Hi there,
My Jimny has a squeaking noise coming from the rear wheels/axle/brakes (I don't know which) when I move very slowly (EG: In a traffic jam, a queue, etc).
It's not there once I get over 10mph.
I've not got a clue what it is....Can anyone give me some idea of what it could be, how I find it and how I can rectify it once I find it?
Thanks for your time!

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Give the handbrake a little pull when going slowly. If the squeak worsens/goes away then it is something to do with the brake shoes.
