OILS was created by fast forward
going to check & change oils in both front and rear diffs and gearbox / transfer case , which oils do i need some say gl4 others gl5 ect . and roughly how much in each i know till it comes back out of filler plug hole . dont want to over spend at car spares ! over to you brainy lot i await answers . :dry:
if you cant go round it go over it ! or vice versa ?

I bought 5L of each oil and its not quite enough to do the whole job twice

Gearbox Oil API GL-4 1.1 litres 75W - 90
Transfer Box Oil API GL-4 0.8 litres 75W - 90
Differential Oil (Front) API GL-5 1.1 litres 80W - 90
Differential Oil (Rear) API GL-5 1.3 litres 80W - 90
Coolant Capacity 4.5 litres
A/T Fluid/Power Steering Dextron IIE 1.1 litres
Brake Fluid DOT3

Don't forget the golden rule. Check that you can remove the filler plugs before you drain. I still cannot get mine undone!! :(

cheers all done apart from engine oil do we all agree on 10w-30 . before i change it ! :)
