I know this is bringing up an old thread and littlegreenjimny hasn't been active for a while, but just in case you have email notifications active, did you ever find the cure to this problem as I have just picked up my first Jimny and it has exactly the same symptoms as yours. Bad vibration from rear accelerating through second gear around 10 - 20mph.
