Speed of 8274 at full load is 8.7 Ft/min (2.65)
Speed of the winch you linked to is at full load 45 ft/min (15 m/min)
So it's much faster than a standard 8274.
I'm not saying hydraulic winches are the very top of everything. Just that they are not as slow as you might think
