Hi guys fitted new cat this morning but still got the problem it's fine when you first start it in the mornin as soon as it warms up it plays up it seems like its holding back put you foot down still slow building up speed had new cat and cam sensor also new clutch any more help would be greatly rececied thank you bob

My guess would be lambda sensor. Sure I read somewhere the lambda sensor only really starts working once up to temp.
how dirty did it the lambda look when you changed the cat?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Should have asked before:
did this gradually worsen, suddenly happen or always been like it?
If always, check the cam timing isn't a tooth out.

coolent temp sensor giving wrong reading to the ecu still thinking it cold when its realy warm and putting to much fuel in may be or a binding brake as it heats up it gets tighter
if and when it starts slowing up if you turn it off and restart it is it the same ie slow or is it back to normal for a bit
what was the state of the old cat was it all there ie hadnt broken up and blocked the exhaust abit
