my jimny was cutting out on me and dyeing out soon as i was going over 50mph it was the crank sensors that i had change didnt have a problem after it

M13a trends to be crank sensor. Its behind the alternator on the engine block. Take a bottle of water and take it for a run. When it cuts out squirt some water on the sensor. if it then starts straight away then that's your problem. About 70 quid from suzuki. Not bad to fit.

This happened to me when I was crusing around Europe. I took it to a zuk garage and they thought it was something to do with the exhaust, so they tried to make me drive back to the UK with it un-attached!
I called a friend in the UK with the problem and he said get them to check the cambelt sensor, they did and were like "Oh yeah..."
Not an expencive fix, but annoying!

Sounds like if could be the crank/cam sensor, these quite often do not leave a DTC in the ECU as the fault symptom only accurs for a split second and the ECU does not have time to store the fault.
