A simple check of the oil pressure will indacate if its a oil pressure problem of a breather fault. If the oil pressure is OTT then it could be like has already been sugested.
Thanks for all your help, after a lot to and throwing with the car dealer the car was purchased from they have agreed to collect the car and return it to the company that they got to rebuild the engine.
