Do i need to fit a jimmy ,,, z bar as i have a 4" spring lift and a 2" body lift?

Nope no need for a Z-bar on a Jimny... Your factory steering bar will be fine, just may require some adjustment to centre the steering wheel again and get the same lock in both directions.

Z-bars are for leaf sprung vehicles..
