I have tried a CNET adapter; I bought it from the US, and it didn't work at all. I got a refund rather than a replacement as it was ~£45 & didn't want to risk it being a design fault.
The Pakistan market has a single DIN option, as can be seen on their website. I have emailed them asking if they would supply me one, I have surprisingly had no reply.
My local Suzuki dealer has no access to these parts either.
The Pakistan model:
Another model that I found on the net (Also RHD):

Bugga
I was hoping to put in my fancy single DIN DAB stereo.
No chance at all? I don't fancy paying £108 for a replica complete facia.
The only other option is to fit an external DAB unit and wire it into the existing head unit?

I've fitted a single din and just left a gap, although you can get an insert for about £10 I think to fill the edges at the side.
under the radio I've simply pushed in a single din tray for storage
it looks OK for me but not neat enough for many peeps
