That’s exactly my worry. Anyone tried any kind of heat? Thinking boiling water or possibly a heat gun onto the threaded bit on show

I had a new clutch put in mine not long ago - went to Mr. Clutch - it didnt break the bank and its been perfectly good ever since
They had it done in just over a morning
