if its a sohc engine we had same problem with my bro's the bearing was knackered & phone the dealers & they gave there silly price & told them what they can do with it :lol:
you can sort it for i think it was around £3 it cost us as its only a little pully with a bearing pressed in it just press it out & take the bearing to any bearing supplyer & get another bearing & press it back in job done
