As has been said above, Tim is recovering from a nasty bike accident, but I have used them and the parts were perfect and well priced.

They're good and knowledgeable, and he's back on the road to recovery.

Recently bought a small cut out of a panel I needed to weld in, very happy with the service.

They've been posting today on Instagram. I would guess most of their business is conducted via social media sites rather than email and phone although that's just a guess on my part.

Umm, this makes it feel awkward. I can understand based on the report of them being in an accident, although if they are unable to conduct business, they didn't have to take my money from their online shop. There is nothing on their website to suggest it isn't business as usual.

Nor does their website direct you to social media, it has a phone number and an email address.

Don't get me wrong, happy to cut them slack due to whatever accident has occurred, but at the end of the day, if they have time to be playing and posting on social media, it is simply rude to not be responding to customers you've taken money from. All smart phones have email capability these days...

Again, if there is a genuine issue with running the business, they could put an out of office auto reply on their email account explaining there may be a delay.

I only bought 2 items from them, but have 4 issues and at present the items are just paperweights.

Again, not wanting to sound too grumpy or mean. But the quality of what they've sent out is frankly pretty terrible. To then not bother to respond is just taking the mick really.

Not really wanting to name and shame without giving them opportunity to rectify. But I contacted them last Friday by email with the issues, then followed up trying to phone them yesterday. How long should you really give them to even answer you to see what they want to do about solving the main issues with the order?

Sorry, kinda waffled on a bit there in the end!

EDIT: Honestly I do feel for them if the have been laid up. I'll give them to the end of the week to respond, but if I've still heard nothing I'll have to take some action. Can't really afford to throw money away.
