You're missing a part, there's a larger bush that goes in the receiving end of the gearbox (assuming this is the R72) Part № is 2813076J00
and the part you have in your hand is wrong (again assuming R72) and I believe is 28151-84A01.

Thankyou ! Strangley couldn't find much online I do have that other part but it is slightly broken does still work but is probably worn so will order these 2 bits

Changed the bush didn't make a lot of difference so I think it's the mounts which ones do I need to be changing is it these in the pic? Or are they above that I can't see ? How do I get to them as looking at it thr gearbox has to come out?

What's the issue? is the gearstick wobbling when the car is running?
