I think www.osram.co.uk/apps/gvlrg/en_GB do the LED replacements for the rears. Last time I checked they didn't list the GEN4, but you can match up the bulb type0

If you're looking for a real lumen improvement (probably not legal where you are):

Indicators: Auxito Amber T20 7440W21W (26SMD)
Tail/Stop: STEDI Wedge LED (LEDCONV T20-DUAL)
Reverse: STEDI 1000 Lumen T20 Reverse (LEDCONV T20-HP7443)
