Please do not confuse toe adjustments with panhard rod adjustments - they are completely different things - toe adjustments are done using the tie rods.

Adjustment of the panhard rod is not required unless the vehicle has been lifted or lowered, and, in my opinion adjusting the length of the panhard rod to reposition the axle after changing the ride height, as common as it maybe, is a "bandaid fix" that should be avoided.

A bent axle housing can cause any one or all of the alignment specifications - toe, camber or caster - to be incorrect, depending on how or where the housing is bent. If the bent housing has been replaced with a new, presumably straight housing, it should not cause a problem.

At this point, it is not clear whether there is a problem or not - the pictures suggest there maybe - having the alignment checked will establish that definitively.
