As far as I am aware all the last gen3s were fitted with a market specific after market head unit often by the dealership, unlike the earlier ones which all had a custom clarion unit from the factory. My 2016 has a single din pioneer in others are different. I have also seen some units out of China that have a Suzuki logo on startup so I wouldn't put too much faith in that being a "genuine" unit in yours. Most modern heads will have a auxiliary or USB input even if it's on the back of the unit, the easiest way to check is to flip through the source menu on the unit it will come up with what is available like tuner, cd, aux etc

My aftermarket Xtrons head unit displays the Suzuki logo at start up, but I can change it to anything.
The images you show are from an Android head unit, either Android 9 or 10. To be sure go in to Settings and About, it will tell you which version you have.
Both of my Android head units have WiFi and gps built in, plus it has Google Play so I can install other programs. Even if yours doesn’t have the Play store, it might have another App Store installed, if not use the web browser to find and install new apps.
Or copy them on to a SD card or USB flash drive and install through there.
