These mountings had a habit of shearing on the SJ especially when trialling, so the remedy was to remove the rubber section, bore a hole through it and reassemble with a long through nut and bolt. Some said you got a slight amount of vibration but I never noticed.

J999 MNY, ULYSSES M18 VVT with ITB's Dyno tested at 130hp
Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

Have a look on FB for Dave Marsh Racing. He's been making poly bushed mounts for the engine, but seems to have overlooked the rear gearbox mount 
My old grey Jimny had one of the transfer box through bolts in the gearbox location. worked pretty well, but the side-by-side twin bushes looks a better design for that application
