Suzuki Jimny front/rear diff guard was created by jonathonwill
G'day,
looking at a new jimny recently, not a huge car guy and not to knowledgeable. my question is.
Is it worth getting the rear and front diff guard through the dealership with the order? or better to get it done with other mods through ARB/AFN?
Cheers!

What country are you in?
For the UK the factory guards were very expensive. You can buy as good or better from 3rd party places like Jimnybits. I don't know if ARB offer anything along these lines.

Unless you intend to do some serious 4x4 & rock climbing, you will not require that ever.
But if you have the money, you can add the bling. Many more things that add value to your jimny and give protection where you need it.
Just my opinion from my 4x4 excursions in my old gen3 as well as current gen4

I have after market ones on my gen3, not so much for impact resistance but more to smooth out the under side so it will slide over things more easily. More skid plates than bash guards.
