Trialling Jimny was created by Groundworker
I've owned 3 jimnys, and previously owned an LJ80, 2 SJ413's and 2SJ410's.
Used one jimny for trialling which I cooked, was going to rebuild engine but came across an 02plate for £700.
Gearbox was noisy so had it rebuilt, fitted 2" lift, homemade bumper and wheels and tyres from old car.
On second trial out, rolled it one and three quarter times at Tixover!
Faced with starting again, I cut off roof and door tops and built a roll cage. Still trial it in RTV but can't win. Great fun car though, looking for another road going one and starting again

There are three Jimnys and on Vitara in our club who trial regularly, a couple of Defender owners have left as they're sick of getting beaten by Suzi's.
It was a very tidy jimny before the roll, Tixover was baked hard so every time it landed it dented it everywhere, basically wrote it off.
Probably slightly different to what most owners go for, narrow tyres are generally bett for the terrain we are on, also less chance of hitting canes, tend to avoid external roll cages for the same reason.

Can't win because I think I'd struggle to get an MOT,
I'm hoping to get another Jimny and fit a 3" lift.
