Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

Hi,
How did you damage the damper, snapped or just leaking?
The simple way is to just measure the current damper length and get a replacement that meets or exceeds these measurements.
This however assumes that you have the correct dampers fitted to suit the vehicle articulation. This is why I asked the first question, trying to gauge if they are correct or stressed.
If you are uncertain the next step is to measure the vehicle articulation to size the damper to your suspension movement.
Here's an article to try and explain it better.

Alternatively try and find the make of lift kit you have fitted or any remaining part numbers on the current dampers.

It’s a bit odd it rises and drops with to much ease it bangs over every bump ( I’m assuming this is just a broken shock) which has also lead to it bending as I drove it home like it and I’m confident they’re the correct size as they’ve lasted the whole time I’ve had the vehicle and the guy knew what he was on about theyre black raptor shocks I will have a look at the link try and educate myself a little . Thanks for replying
