Mine were 5mm but they were over-engineered as I was selling them to the general pubic...

3mm should be fine for your own use, you're not too big a lad then?

made and mock fitted ( in 4mm ) very strong, and gained me 70mm of additional leg room, I actually fit in it now !!

if i can see how to add photo's will update the thread.......
