The mirror glass should turn up with it's plastic backing plate attached. The backing plate has four small sockets which push over a load (4) of balls in the case.
Lube the ball/sockets with dish soap (fairy liquid) as it tacks up over time and your mirror won't fall out at the first bump.
When it comes to popping out the old broken mirror spray a little water inside the housing and gently prise it away with a couple of decorators flat blades.
All this should make sense when you have the new part in your hand.

When you write your post, below the box you are writing in, is a button that says 'Attachments'
Make sure the cursor ( that you are typing with ) is where you want the picture to appear by clicking in a clear area below your text
Now click on the "Attachments" button and then the "+Add Files" button. (this will open up your computer files).
Find the picture in your files that you want to add, then click 'open' and it should then upload your picture.
If you want the picture inserted in the text rather than remain as a thumbprint, then click the " insert all " or "Insert" button adjacent to the red "Remove file" button.
And finally hit the green "Submit" button found a little lower down
Hope all that makes sense!
