The choice of tyre is the issue
trekkers, special tracks are very square with the big side lugs
on my other rims i have 225/75/16 bfg km2's these are rounded on tread edge
my 195/80/16 trekkers are 720mm high and 200mm wide
I would say 195/80/15's would possibly work well with 2" lift in a trekker type tread
BUT tyres can be an expensive mistake SO ultimately it's your choice

I run 195/80/15 Insa Turbo on my 2007 with a 2" lift. There doesn't look to be much room to go any bigger without cutting. I looked into this when I got my Jim a couple of years ago, and this size seems to be the best fit.
