Tapatalk won’t open messages for me today, will get at it later on the pc.
I would say about it that whilst it does give good protection, you do need to be very wary of long dry grass. It seems to collect it and hold close to the exhaust. I never had a problem, but was always conscious of it doing that. Mud was never an issue as that generally drains out of the holes.

I am already used to dry grass being a problem. But like you said the protection has a value beyond that.

Here is a picture of the JimnyBits one fitted.
It's very Easy to fit and is well made, it will offer protection to the transfer box and vulnerable wires. Can say if anything else is better, I have nothing to compare it with. The only down side is it hangs about 30mm below the chassis rails, that's 30mm less ground clearance, maybe others can improve on this.
