Both my headlight lenses are a mess. 2008 JIMNY 1.3 The "crazing" covers the whole lens (left and right). All I can find to buy is the whole unit. Pair £204.29 on ebay. Is it possible to buy just the lens?

No but it is possible to renovate the plastic. There's a few threads on here. It a matter of using a fine fine cutting compound to lift the surface abrasion.

message J999pre, he will doubtless have a spare headlight unit for sale ;-)

Lambert - crazing is the actual plastic has cracked from expansion & contraction or impact over the years, no amount of polish will help that

You can get renovation kits in Halfords they do a fairly good job.

If you're skint you could try some very VERY fine wet and dry paper with water, then follow it up with a soft cloth and Brasso or T-Cut. Followed by Acrylic polish such as Greygates plastic polish.

Also look for Micromesh kits on eBay - these aren't cheap but we use them on aircraft canopies to remove scratches and they're excellent

IF IT AINT BROKE, KEEP FIXING IT UNTIL IT IS
