Yeah, If nothing else you got yourself some cheap spares 
I did the same deal for the same price just for the lovely wheels the Jim was riding on. The car was used for the purpose intended, but didn't get the man love most Jim's require.....chassis was rotted out from the inside in at least 4 places....it was a sorry sight:S ...yours sounds like a fixable bargain.
