At 6w each x 198 of them would be 1188w, which would take 99 amps to power it !
Wouldnt take long for your battery to be well flat and cook your alternator...
There is no disputing those 42" light bars are as bright as hell, but why do they have to lie so much in the advert?
I would be very curious how many amps they do use though ?

If they advertise peak output at its highest operating voltage wich is 32V in ideal conditions it should draw around 37A for 1188W. If the units current is limited by its driver at say 37A then it gets 481W at 13V.
But.. most current draw tests for 40-50" light bars I've seen measure 17-20A so this light bar is probably closer to 200-280W (17-20A @ 12-14V).

Its there for two reasons. When I first had the lightbar I was a little concerned about blocking some of the air flow but
it has made no noticeable difference, and by having it in its current position it stops the mud getting in my aftermarket
horn that's just behind it.

My 20" light bar according to the blurb is 125 Watts and 10500 lumen. Is it true, dammed if I know but its bright and it works well.
