Hey.
Jimny 2004 automatic.
Im thinking about going for 2 inch lift or 3 inch lift. Im going to use for snow and offroad here in Iceland.
I want to have my Jimmy on 31" tyres, but there is a twist, this is my only car so I will be using for town more than offroad.
What are your thoughts?
p.s. what and where is the best to get the kit from.

Regardless of 2" or 3" lift, with that tire size, you will likely have a problem if you achieve a near full compression of your suspension and haven't made some additional modifications. Unless you don't envision yourself driving terrain that could cause full suspension compression, you will probably need to do some fender trimming, a body lift or some other mod to keep the body away from the tires. You will also want to consider gearing changes with 31 inch tires.

+1
The little 4 banger will have a tough time turning 31's with stock gearing.

I think 28" tyres are around the limit without changing a whole load of other bits.
