Four Link Rear Kit was created by zukebob
I saw this kit advertised here in the Philippines. I haven't seen a kit to modify the rear to a four link design before. I can't get a good enough feel from the pictures to develop much of an opinion but thought I would share.

I started out with nothing & still have most of it left

Technically that is a 5 link as it still has a panhard as none of the links are triangular to offer lateral location. Bet it will flex quite well though.

A derived walking beam, sort of thing used on heavies to keep the axles following the terrain for big undulations yet still able to accommodate surface irregularities. Why,please tell me that you are doing a 6x6 Jimny!

Just thinking about it ;-) Its actually pretty simple to do.

That bogie setup is from 6x6australia.com.au/ . They also have a clever way of driving the third axle on their site. I was thinking of a transfer box to split the rear drive. i have a spare elecronic jimny one, which conveniently has 1:1 in high ratio  could switch on/off the back axle as desired, giving a choice of 6x2, 6x4 or 6x6 drive.

The beauty of this design is that it allows a small amount of rear steering when the weight shifts on a corner, leading to less tyre scrubbing. Much better articulation is a side bonus also.

heres a pic ive been messing about with on the computer...

Sorry for the highjack Zukebob, i do like the look of that 4 (5?) link setup. I havent seen anything like that here for sale.
