Thanks guys, I think I might just opt for General Grabber AT3s in 195/80/15 and get a set of 5 to rotate them.

After I repaint the rims... Hammerite?

195 80 15 is a nice size mate. Doesnt alter economy much at all. 215 75 are an inch wider. More rolling resistance.

Look up 2 wheel low box mod. Puts a switch in so you can drive in 2 low. Much better for lanes.

On a standard one the 195/80 fill the arches nicely. This is marks one on a lane trip earlier this year. :)

Phew - I thought that might be much more of an issue for me!

Last question (maybe!) what pressures do you run on the road - and I presume you consider dropping a bit for longer off road sections?

Start at 25psi all round see how it feels ;)
My 195 retreads i settled at 20 all round and 15 off road

I run my Grabber X3's (215/75/15) @ 20psi all round and don't bother letting them down for competitions as they work fine off road at this pressure. :)
