Personally, I just did my usual and just jacked away ... :)

no, seriously, I disconnected the vacuum pipes (the rubber ones that you have highlighted, and reconnected them (although I donot use the Vac system any more).
The bits attached to the bulkhead I forgot about and when I jacked the body up, it just pulled loose of the bulkhead.
as for the distance required, a 2" lift will go on really easily, and you can get about 5" of height between the body and chassis so there is plenty of room to get the spacer blocks in.
The brake lines, will need to be modified (I fitted longer ones) .. or you can bodge (cutting slots into the body and dropping the mounting to account for the extra height (its a nasty fix and not recommended)

Hmm. Are the ones whith my arrows in the pictures vacuum pipes? I was sure they are brakepipes? The ones along the crossmember, are they vacuum?

If you look below that you will find a brake union as in photo 3 if you undo the bolt holding it you can push it up when you lift the body, and make a bracket as in my photo.
